What you would expect for...

Liked: Bed was comfortable. Friendly staff.
Disliked: We had issues with our key cards not working, no hot water the first day (staff got it fixed by the evening), room was uncomfortably warm (no ac, just a ceiling fan).

Liked: There was hair in the bathroom sink and it didn't drain very well. It wasn't fixed while we were there.

Liked: I like that the staff are nice and welcoming.
Disliked: My neighbor was too noisy.

Great stay at the Global...

Liked: Beds were comfy. Room was older but good. We felt safe. Staff on duty at check in was awesome. Staff at check out was very nice and helpful. Pleasant people, pleasant stay.
Disliked: Can hear lots of walking running upstairs. Also really close to the freeway and when there's a lot of traffic it shakes the building. A little worrisome. I slept well

Disappointing

Disliked: Tile & wood floor were dirty. Old, old furnishings, light showing through around door perimeter, television froze every five minutes, requiring reboot. Only three hangers for clothes
