Liked: Good hotel service/friendly staff/great room amenities/the value for money was very good.Hotel is very centrally located
Disliked: The pre-planned half-board dinner was ok for the price, The dinner wasn't first class, but I did get enough to eat. There was one daily changing regular dish and one for vegetarians. It wasn't "à la carte", but the value for money was good.

Liked: Everything was perfect. The hotel is very clean, staff are friendly and helpful and beds are super comfy.
Disliked: I generally dislike the glass bathrooms as they offer zero privacy when staying with your spouse. Not all sounds are meant to be heard by them. The glass door wouldn’t stay shut either so it was a constant peep-show of what the other is doing on the toilet.

Disliked: In general, our stay was great, but a few things kept it from being excellent.The windows don’t open at all, not even for ventilation, and there’s no way to adjust or turn off the air conditioning. We tried several times to set it to 21°C, but it kept reverting to 18°C.Also, room cleaning is only available on request, not a big deal, but when we did request it, the bathroom bin was still not emptied.

Liked: This is a treasure of a find. The property is absolutely gorgeous, beautifully decorated and they played the coolest background music. The staff are super friendly and very helpful. The food is fantastic. We were half board. It was such a good value. The rooms are beautiful with very comfortable beds and gorgeous toiletries.
Disliked: The room was maybe a bit small - there was very little room around the bed, but it didn’t bother us
