Exceptional

Liked: We spent 11 nights in the hotel, the room was very comfortable, the staff were very polite and professional. Our room was cleaned every day. The location is very good, there are shops and cafes in the proximity to the hotel. Of course, we would highly recommend to stay there.

Liked: Both our rooms cockroaches and smelled.. also the whole hallway didn’t have a/c and the rooms had one on the windows

Disliked: Showers heads are no good had to stand underneath low pressure with the water .. sheets were dirty

Liked: The staff members are friendly and very helpful.The bed is cozy, and the TV is great! :PBreakfast is acceptable, but it could be improved. For instance, a coffee machine would be better than serving coffee in a jar; More fruit options, not just apple.
Disliked: The room has an unpleasant odor.The air conditioning unit creates some white noise.The most frustrating issue is the poor sound isolation! The main door has a gap at the bottom, which allows me to hear people walking by clearly. I even heard someone watching videos on their phone in the hallway!
