It was that excellent stay

Liked: It was OK but was hoping for white gravy lol
Disliked: Everything was fine. We really enjoyed our stay. It was for our anniversary.

Liked: Front check in hostess was very nice.
Disliked: We were there about an hour on second floor, storm came in and no power. Stairs had no emergency lighting, if we didn't have cell phone we couldn't see. Beds were comfortable, room clean but no shower, no air conditioning, no breakfast. I think it would have been a nice stay if conditions were different. It would have been nice to be offered refund of some kind or a coupon for another night stay in glow hotel. I realize you had no control over weather, but we were exhausted after driving for 10 hours and didn't get much rest due to room temp
