Liked: The hotel didn’t feel like a 4-star at all. The hair dryer wasn’t working, the bathroom was very dirty, and there was a strong unpleasant smell coming from both the bathroom and the surrounding area.

Exceptional

Liked: Beautiful location, on a hill with beautiful views of the city. We were travelling as a family (4 persons), the free parking is convenient, the room is spacious with terrace, clean, the staff is friendly, the pool and the on-site restaurant are advantages. The breakfast is quite extensive compared to other hotels in Italy (scrambled eggs, bacon, several types of croissants and pastries, fruit, dry breakfast, yoghurt, ham and cheese)
Disliked: There was an intermittent smell of sulphur from an active volcanic area nearby. It didn't bother us, but rather had a kind of exotic uniqueness

Liked: The hotel surrounding is beautiful, direct view on the sea from my room.
Disliked: in the room I expected e.g. glasses for water.

One time experience, I would...

Liked: Good position of the hotel, nice view.Helpful personnel.
Disliked: It’s very noisy, out of 5 night we had 4 loud parties happening.The staff has difficulties in speaking English, it’s rather for locals than tourists.The 4 stars are not real, the furniture is old.During breakfast, they are offering cardboard cups for drinks.Overpriced for the offering.

Liked: The views are amazing
Disliked: It’s a place for local parties (by the pool) we stayed here 3 nights and all 3 nights there was loud music as though sleeping above a night club. We have young kids who couldn’t sleep due to this. Avoidable if you have kids
