Could not have wished for...

Liked: Ideal location for me as I was visiting my daughter in the area. I had booked a single room but was upgraded to an apartment which was excellent. Plenty of space and quiet at night.
Disliked: Nothing

Liked: We were upgraded to an apartment. It was excellent! Staff were very friendly and welcoming! Would definitely recommend it!
Disliked: Nothing to dislike.

An acceptable stay

Liked: Comfortable bed, helpful staff, easy check-in, good housekeeping service.
Disliked: Breakfast wasn’t included despite paying a price that WOULD have included breakfast if booked at a different time. The room was too warm which made sleeping difficult and the shower was difficult to temperature-control. Had to suffer too-hot showers.

Ok for a first stay...

Liked: The location was excellent and when the staff were present- they were lovely! The bed was amazing and soft The customised codes to get into the building and room really helped us feel safe and like we weren’t going to lose a physical keyThere was also parking outside which is a massive plus seeing as it is a busy road in London
Disliked: The extractor fan in the bathroom screamed at us for the three days we were there, despite us trying to let it run and sort itself out The room smelt old and musty- especially the wardrobeThere was patches of what looked like old damp or new water stains There was an advertised reception time of 7am- afternoon but when we went to check out on the Sunday, no one was there- despite it being 11am and we had been given no check out instructions. We waited for 15mins before ringing the landline, which went to voicemail before they picked up the second time and were just told to leave with no formal check out procedure.The main areas of the house were boiling in temperature and there was no way to help the temperature in the room except for a fan hidden in the wardrobe and very few plugs to plug it into.

Superb

Liked: Beautifully clean, lovely and warm. Great breakfast. Very quiet.
Disliked: Nothing really.

Quiet room but very outdated...

Liked: Communication was really thorough and parking right outside which is great
Disliked: My room was a real disappointment. Very low standards (not one featured in the photos) the whole room had a moldy smell which I think was coming from the bathroom. Needs a complete refurb and update.

Liked: Well positioned for my needs. Lovely and clean. Nice clean bath
Disliked: The shower cable leaked and tiles to be grouted at the tap end of the bath.

Our 2nd Visit

Liked: Our 2nd visit but not our last! Friendly staff with a lovely warm welcome. Everywhere was immaculately clean. Great breakfast freshly cooked to order. Fantastic location.
Disliked: Nothing to dislike
