Liked: Cooked breakfast was excellent, perfectly poached eggs. Bed was very comfortable. The 2 staff we saw were very pleasant.
Disliked: At breakfast not much choice. On display only prunes and apricots. Poor choice of cereals in plastic containers which were nearly empty. We have been here before and had a far better choice. This time we were disappointed . we were in room no. 2, it needs decorating it was very tired. Several areas need repairing.

Liked: Breakfast was spot on, the woman who took our order was great with us, hotel in a good location for the tube as well

Liked: Good size room, quiet, good bathroom - it would be a good idea to change the mini fridge as it leaks a bit.
Disliked: Just get a new fridge!

We enjoyed our stay.

Liked: Very close to the location we were visiting. Off-road parking. Good breakfast. Lovely garden.
Disliked: No lift.

Exceptional

Liked: The location is very good for Finchley high Street and Woodside park tube station on the northern line. The staff at the hotel were very friendly and breakfast was amazing

Passable

Liked: The room wall was so thin, as I was woken up by the alarm of next door neighbour, who actually used the vibration mode :(
Disliked: Noise from next dooe

Been here a couple of...

Liked: It’s excellent location, close to the tube station. Bonus that you can park outside too. The room was clean, staff are very friendly. Breakfast was great, lots of choice.
Disliked: The bathroom was a bit small and it would have been nice to have sockets near the bed to charge your phone. Small gripes really
