Customer service is poor.

Liked: The breakfast was fine.The room was clean.Tea/coffee facilities were good.
Disliked: Disturbance during the night due to a security light. The bed is placed close to the window which overlooks a small area where bins are stored. There ought to have been black out curtains at the window instead of dilapidated vertical blinds which didn’t offer proper privacy.Manager rude and dismissive.Refuses to refund for second night.

Liked: The breakfast was very good and plenty of choice. Room was clean and table and chairs cleaned after use .Bedroom was very poor .No lampshade in bathroom over electric wiring etc, nail stinking out on bedroom door could cut arm on it. Wardrobe broken cupboard at top .lamp on only 1 side of the bed .Bar in Caledonian only open 2 out of the 5 nights.
Disliked: Glenlossie house very shabby doors all chipped, dusty window ledge in hallway, wood rotted from main door panel .
