Disliked: Room was dirty towels was ripped and wall with holes and tried to blame me even though I took pictures and was on the phone to booking.con they heard the staff been abusive towards me and treated Meikle rubbish told me room was cleanf to find news paper under bed dated 18th Feb 2022 goes to show how often they clean the rooms carpets full of stains and human hiar pubic hiar in shower room tried to saybwas mine when I'm not got back hair colour head of house keeping told me room had been damaged beforehand by previous person and they new about it and I shouldn't of been let that room to them meet the owner who didn't care and made me feel very angry upset but he wanted me out the room that was full of people so they didn't know what was going on to cover up the hotel actions I have reported this to heath and safety as there is mould in the shower also major risk to health

Liked: The staff was very welcoming and the room was lovely and clean the breakfast at the Caledonian was beautiful and well presented the bar man was fantastic at the Caledonian we highly recommend this place to anybody Will definitely be back in the future

Disappointed.

Liked: Close to town centre. Family suite with separate rooms.
Disliked: Keys kept at separate hotel so back and forth to pick them up then drop them off plus the girl from the other hotel couldn?t open the side door with the keys. Room was very run down: dirt up the walls, broken bed, lights without covers, light hanging off ceiling, rubbish dumped at side of accommodation, cigarette butts around entrance, sofa burst with springs falling out, bath fitted with jets but not working. Breakfast is served at separate hotel and staff were unhelpful, had to wait for clean plates and glasses, food was cold and dried out except for scrambled eggs which were in some kind of liquid. Wish we had paid an extra £20 to stay elsewhere.
