Horrible evening, please ready story...

Liked: Bed was comfortable.
Disliked: Our toilet overflowed, called the front desk and a plunger was delivered to our door. Called the front desk back and asked them to come fix the toilet, the same man that handed me the plunger came back and tried to fix the issue. toilet still overflowing and man is now tracking 'toilet' water across our room floor to door when he left to get assistance. Second man shows up with a new/different type of plunger, fixes the plugged toilet, and wants to leave the flooded bathroom for us to clean. He came back with supplies to clean and accused us ladies (60, 61, 61, & 73 years old) of stuffing something in the toilet that didn't belong there!!!!!!!!!! He accused us of being RUDE!!!!!!!!!!!! It was awful. He finally cleaned up the mess and left our room, totally ruined our night. We didn't put anything in the toilet, it was flushed properly and started overflowing. We asked for a total refund this morning when we checked out and they told us they couldn't because it was Booking.com. So I am asking you, on behalf of 4 older ladies, would you please credit my card for this horrible stay?
