Good location, basic budget accomodation

Liked: Breakfast was good and convenient, with a nice outdoor area to enjoy when the weather's nice - was busy at peak time in morning of course but plenty of food. Great convenient location in a nice leafy area, 10m walk to Milsons point station and ferries etc. Shared bathroom facilities were okay, very basic but never had to wait which was good. Our room was pretty cramped but high ceilings and comfortable beds made it feel decent.
Disliked: The room was unfortunately not as clean as I would expect. The carpet had some lint, and dust came down when using the ceiling fan which is pretty gross. The room also smelt distinctly of mothballs, we couldn't work it out but maybe it was the laundry detergent. Also had to go to reception and ask for an extra towel as only 3 had been left for a party of 4 which was a minor hassle.

Liked: I was staying in suite 15 and liked my view from my apartment, I love the little balcony with the view. Definitely good value for the place. One of the other best things about this place is the breakfast. Got your eggs, bacon, beans, pancakes, tater tots, roasted tomatoes and mushrooms, beef sausages. It really is worth buying.
Disliked: My neighbor would yell and swear and throw things in his room.
