Friendly staff , very clean...

Liked: The friendly staff , very clean
Disliked: Just a little disappointed that our roomAlthough lovely and spotless was overlooking a wall

Poor value for money because...

Liked: Coast restaurant did a good breakfast and David the manager there set a good customer focused vibe
Disliked: Room was dark and dingy, scaffolding outside the window, smelly, hot and not able to cool as no air con, sticky desk/not properly clean

Disliked: Upgrade room (seaview) was expensive, decor needed a few touch ups. No power in the shower.

Disliked: Real ale not available and drink prices are a little greedy.

Liked: Great location and the hotel itself was very nice but does look a little tired in certain areas with plenty of marks on the walls etc the staff are a credit to this property very helpful and willing to help wherever it's required or needed thought the bar prices were very reasonable and the food was excellent from breakfast to a bar meal at night
Disliked: Although the room was fairly small it was adequate for the 2 nights we were there a fan certainly helped but sad to say it was probably one of the worst beds I have ever tried to sleep on
