On the whole we were...

Liked: There was a comfortable vibe in the hotel.
Disliked: The bathroom wasn't sparkling clean.

Superb

Liked: Nice lounge and dog friendly. Good location.
Disliked: Unfortunately 2 rowdy people in next room having a bath at 1pm in the morning. View was blocked by scaffolding. Stairs unsuitable for infirm.

Exceptional

Liked: The Glendower is a lovely hotel in a very nice position. We have been coming here for 20 years and have always enjoyed it. Staff lovely and hotel run very well.

Disliked: Nothing, it was all really great, we have just booked for the new year package.

Lovely hotel, great location

Liked: Modern and clean. Good location for St.Annes.
Disliked: Parking was tricky but luckily could use school carpark nextdoor

Liked: with the sun shining and being able to sit outside it was a very relaxing day.The food was delicious .
Disliked: check the plumbing Our toilet did not flush so well....that was the only hitch..

Very noisy!

Liked: Location was great and really friendly staff.
Disliked: Didn't sleep at all! The walls are very thin in this hotel! You can hear whenever the neighbours use the bathroom,watch TV,talk,sneeze......everything! The room doors are quite heavy and squeaky, and when they are left to shut by themselves it is very loud with a great big bang! I know people should be more considerate,but surely the squeakiness could be sorted by maintenence at the very least! We were in a room at the end of the corridor,which had a door right outside ours to go down to reception. This just added to the noise we could already hear! What should have been a refreshing night away turned into a night of barely any sleep!!!
