Disliked: there costumer service was horrible , our checkout was at 11 am, at 10:58 am they came and busyed through the door but we had all the locks on so they broke the whole door then tried to blames us. then another thing when we first walked in the room the fridge was leaking water and the tub was dirty . the mirror had mold and rust and when i went to go complain nobody was in the office

Liked: Room are dated BUT clean Tv is tiny!!! My laptop screen is bigger!!
Disliked: Absolutely NO control at pool, kids jumping diving cannonballing hitting kicking adults ZERO control!!!!

Liked: location was great only moments from beach.
Disliked: we stayed on 3rd floor no elevators for family of 4, we had to hand carry all luggage to and from room. No internet although it was advertised as available, it only works in main office. No kitchen light, had to use bedroom lamp to see. Staff was unapologetic initially to all concerns. Only 1 frying pan and 1 utensil in mini kitchen.
