Liked: Location perfect after a long day at Universal and a short journey to Hollywood and Los Angeles the following day. Rooms quiet and comfortable, complimentary hot beverages and cold water a nice welcoming touch.
Disliked: Nothing, everything was as expected.

Clean decent and a good...

Liked: Clean efficient and inexpensive
Disliked: It was chilly and the blanket was really thin and there was not an extra blanket in the closet so I slept in my sweat clothes to keep warm. I did not want to turn on the heater and have a hot room while I was sleeping.

Nice stay except one staff...

Liked: Everything was great ! The cleanliness and location. But staff not friendly especially the one who was at the counter very rude i was just asking and i’m not finish talking yet and as if i didn’t understand what she said to me . Everytime i checked in there its always something about the staff youre going to wait too long because they’re not on the counter always no people! You have to wait too long at the lobby until they will come out. But the hotel was very clean . But staff no good at all. Not friendly especially the lady who was on duty Wednesday who i asked it was around 9 or 10 Am.
