Prepare for sleep deprivation

Liked: Spacious, easy checkin and out.
Disliked: Parking was $15/nightThere was a bright light outsde my room and the curtains could not be closed, so the room weas illuminated all night long. I normally sleep in a pitchdark room, so I basically slept in 1 hr incremenets, woken by the light over and over.Bathroom light was too bright and bathroom fan was too loud.Also had to put up with couple above who had sex all night and morning long. Squeaking bed.

Disliked: I a very unhappy, I had to pay $150 deposit, I was advised it would arrived back in my bank account within 7 working days of checking out. It has been over two weeks and I have still not received my deposit back. The hotel have been incredibly difficult to contact and very unhappy. Do not book a stay here

Checking is somewhat clumsy through...

Liked: Clean comfortable room.
Disliked: Had to wait for check-in as guests had difficulty with the Kiosk (no greeting staff). The TV did not connect and open to broadcast stations. Two staff members worked about 1/2 hr. to get the problem resolved and TV to work.

Good stay!

Liked: The rooms were large and clean. There was a minor issue with the bathtub, but the staff resolved it promptly.
Disliked: Due to an international transaction delay, the deposit hold was released to my bank account about a month later.
