The staff was super, super friendly and kind - always attentive to our needs. The room was clean and cute and cozy. There were no noisy people - definitely would come back!

Disliked: The only complaint I have is the wifi service on the TV. It was a little bad - it would stop a lot.

Was a great location - close to restaurants, shops and attractions.

Disliked: Our rooms refrigerator did not work . We checked in at 11pm and the night shift attendant statedWe would be compensated for the inconvenience, at check out the morning attendant had a rude attitude and chuckled when we stated a discount was suppose to be issued . According to her she was going to reach out to booking.com and see about getting some kind of refund issued . Still haven’t heard back

Disappointing

Liked: Staff was very friendly and helpful.
Disliked: Multiple things. Pictures online are very different than in person. No blanket or extra pillows in the room. Phone in the room didn't work. No USB jacks in the room. Shampoo bottle was not attached like the conditioner bottles, it was sitting on the side of the tub, and needed filled. 2 condition bottles, one was empty, the other was about .5 full. No housekeeping on Saturday so no clean towels or wash clothes.

Disliked: Old property need some upgrade, side parking entrance doors not working properly. Kids riding scooters in lobby and hallway, coffee at 6 am would be better verses 7.

Disliked: Poptarts only for breakfast? I saw a roach in my room😡 The comforter is a thin piece of material. Very cheap.

Liked: Cheap motel charging way too much. Find way nicer airbnbs for the same price
Disliked: One of the front desk lady’s was super rude wouldn’t give us a plastic fork from a full cup on her desk because we weren’t buying cereal. Asked to buy cereal to get a fork and she told us she couldn’t sell us a cereal because they were out of plastic spoons. Just super annoying. Room was “cleaned” once and there were nail clippings and pet hair on carpet. We don’t have pets. The bathtub had dirt in it possibly leaking from ceiling which looked very questionable. Says to book cleaning before 12 pm noon , we tried to book at 9 am and it was no longer available most days. Jacuzzi jet timer is outside of pool area on the wall of hotel.
