Glendale Express Hotel

The staff was super, super friendly and kind - always attentive to our needs. The room was clean and cute and cozy. There were no noisy people - definitely would come back!

Disliked: The only complaint I have is the wifi service on the TV. It was a little bad - it would stop a lot.

Was a great location - close to restaurants, shops and attractions.

Disliked: We had room for 4 people for 4 nights and only two towels in the room without any change during stay, two cups in the room, two teabags for all the stay, nothing refilled for 4 days. No cleaning. It was really uncomfortable. I didnt like the old carpet and dirty ceiling and walls in the room. Tap was damaged and hardly to set the water temperature.Pool area is outdated and dirty, some plastic bag in the pool, pool towels available only once. Better maintainance is needed.

Liked: Staff was nice. Parking was good. Easy freeway access. Coffee was decent. No breakfast area
Disliked: Dirty hotel. Desperate for an update. Dead cockroach in the hall for days. They only clean rooms every 5 days. Didn’t look like hallway was vacuumed ever while we were there. Overflowing trash cans in the hall the entire time. We never saw maids cleaning rooms on our floor. Toilet in our room ran intermittently. Loud vacuuming in the coffee area at 7:30 am when people are trying to have coffee.

Liked: Nice lobby, helpful staff. Close to Universal Hollywood and Glendale Galleria. Large rooms with balcony, good value for the price.

Disliked: only downside was our card kept deactivating however we just went to the desk and got them reactivated

Disliked: The fact that the counter people were looking at me with a disgusted look and when I try to book in I was denied that I was on a listing tonight access to the property I don't know how true this is but I never been no legal matters or troubles with anybody in my life I felt that I was like to well I hope you let your employees know how to judge a book by those cover have a pleasant day
