Liked: Bedroom outstanding, bathroom excellentLovely full English breakfast
Disliked: Bedroom kettle, coffee machine and mini fridge on window sill .If you would sit on grey seating are outside you would have been looking a pile of bin bags. Other outdoor terrace, shutter down as closed for winter. Pool was not nearby, 5 minute drive.

Liked: Breakfast was good and the location was perfect
Disliked: The access to the bedroom was poor . No door access number given on arrival . Bathroom : No hot water from the sink tap Shower worked intermittently. Bed to low to the floor. Not what you would expect from a Hotel

Liked: Between windermere and bowness. Comfy room, soft towels, friendly host and great brekky.

Liked: Breakfast very good . Staff friendly . Room v good . Disapointed with location of swimming pool therefor did not use .
Disliked: Only unable to swim .Dining room a little small .

Liked: Perfect location, parking and fantastic facilities. Couldn’t believe how cheap it was for how much you got and the breakfast was outstanding!
Disliked: We liked everything and will definitely return!
