Great location and comfortable family...

Liked: Quiet location
Disliked: You did a pretty good job managing the large tourist groups (we travel independently). We appreciated large groups not being seated with private parties to keep the noise and commotion down.

Be wary of parking charge

Disliked: ?12 charge put on my card for parking before they told me. Extortionate for one night parking

Not bad, but not great.

Liked: Nice location, right across from the River Ness and about 2 mins from city centre.Good breakfast.
Disliked: The bar is very expensive, (£7 for a pint!!), and it closed at 11pm on a Friday night, which was disappointing.The classic double room was nice, but quite small. (No idea what makes it "classic"....???)The shower head holder was broken. One of the bedside lights had a dodgy switch, which sounded quite dangerous going by the sparking noises coming from it.

Disappointing

Liked: Great location and clean comfortable modern room
Disliked: Service in the bar was dreadful. Understaffed and not particularly friendly. Dirty glasses everywhere which were not cleared.

Perfect honeymoon spot

Liked: Right on the river and close to downtown. The staff was helpful and we loved the included breakfast buffet. We had some of the best meals of our trip at the restaurant
