Spooky Stay

Liked: The hotel was by the river ness and the view was mesmerizing. Just a few minutes walk from the city centre and 10 minutes walk from the train station. The staff were friendly and professional. The bed was very comfortable. The room size was reasonable and spacious enough.
Disliked: You get what you paid for.. we stayed in the Alexander building which was very old. It didn't have an elevator. Some things in the bathroom were rusty and moldy. The TV would turn on and off by itself .... The walls were thin and you could hear the room next door.

Liked: Size of room was good and so was the walk in shower.Dinner and breakfast were excellent and all the staff were friendly and helpful. Free car parking on site.
Disliked: Shower head couldn’t be adjusted ( not assembled correctly).Would have liked more tea bags in the room.

Exceptional

Liked: excellent room size and comfort, proximity to Inverness, and in-house brewery and distillery.
