Great location, very nice rooms...
Liked: Great location, a short walk into Inverness. Hotel was spacious, room had a fantastic view and the beds were very comfy.
Disliked: Family room was on the top floor, carting the pushchair up and down was a real challenge with no lift. Initial greeting on arrival could have been a little more welcoming.

Location and room was good,...
Liked: Room was comfy with great view of the river
Disliked: Breakfast service was mixed. It took a while for someone to show us to our table and despite writing down our order it was still wrong after two attempts. What we did have was quite tasty.

Overpriced in all respects. Food...
Liked: Nice three course dinner in restaurant. Lovely hot breakfast and all very tasty.
Disliked: Disappointed in being allocated a pokey wee room and ensuite on second floor. £198.90 for one night B&B for two persons in this room was not good considering we are returning guests. Very noisy at breakfast as the staff were moving tables about in the adjacent room. NOT good at all.

Completely disapointed, Staycation no go!
Liked: Location is greatCheck out
Disliked: We paid for a riverside view, to which a coach parked in-front of our window for the night.Anytime anyone in our building used hot water, the entire system droned, that mixed with a 5 month old isn?t great.Hotel seemed insistent that we should have booked direct during dialog running up to our stay, that seems to be a sore point. We wouldn?t have even heard of the place without booking.comShower door seals were mouldy. We paid £200 for our one night stay and thats the most disappointing part. All of the the above would be overlooked for a £120 a night maximum price. In an area not short of tourists, I assume prices don?t really matter. Would not recommend as a staycation.
