Pleasant

Liked: The rooms were spacious and tidy. The Glen Hotel facilities were pleasant :)
Disliked: Our room has a very unpleasant odour and there was hair all over the tiles.

Great location, perfect for what...

Liked: Great location, plenty of food options which was great. Your reception staff were some of the best I’ve come across recently, both very polite and welcoming.
Disliked: Rooms were well appointed but could use a deep clean of carpets- particularly towards the wall skirting boards, but rooms themselves were okay, just think the floors need a deep clean or update. The staff at reception were both excellent and very professional, the service they provided would have us coming back for that alone.
