Disliked: The rooms were so far away from the main entrance, the AC was subpar

Liked: Quite property. Helpful staff.
Disliked: The value was awful. I had a dirty glass left in my room. I had no privacy shade on my first floor room window. The room was very rundown. My bathtub didn't drain well. Water up to my calves for my shower. No food and beverage onsite.

Liked: It was close to our family so we didnt have to travel home 2+ on Thanksgiving. Fine for a quick overnight stay.
Disliked: The shower didnt work. You had to pay, as a guest of the hotel, to use the pool. Some crazy cars in the room about the hotel being against human trafficking!!!

Liked: A pet friendly hotel with lots of grass. It's a beautiful park like location with room to run. The staff are very accommodating and nice.
Disliked: Rooms need updating and the pool food quality is not worth the price.

Liked: The setting on a former estate is very nice.
Disliked: The whole place is dated -- one might say 'long in the tooth' -- and in need of an update. The hotel's layout is odd, parking is a long way from the entrance.

Liked: It was beautiful
Disliked: They did not see the second room that was booked. Had to show my confirmation number for both rooms. Seems they scrambled looking for a second room. The rooms are not very soundproof. Heard all of the noise in the hallway.

Liked: In a once fine house
Disliked: Should not take guests Run down beyond belief. Nothing works. Food at breakfast vintage not fresh

Liked: Incredible potential. The grounds are expansive. The main hotel which is part of the original mansion was nice. The hotel needs alot of sprucing up, repairs, better cleaning.Nice fitness center and indoor pool.
Disliked: Needs a lot of sprucing up. Damage in the rooms, a little mold in the shower,very noisy even though th hotel was empty, in the AM you could hear the cleaning staff outside of the rooms very well.

Liked: Location for my needs.
Disliked: This is the second time I've stayed in this hotel and both times I found issues with the rooms.From(minor)phone,lights, fan not working to(major)tub not draining during shower! All unacceptable for this price! I did ask to be moved.They accommodated me.
