Liked: Lovely stay, nothing too much trouble for the staff. Jenny was a superstar and made every effort to make our trip a great one.

Liked: Meal in restaurant was good
Disliked: Had to move room because bed was missing a middle leg and found in a drawer. When asked why this wasn't picked up they said it wasn't reported therefore wouldn't know even though room would have been cleaned. New room noisy, fan broken in bathroom so on all night. Noise outside also. Marks on bedsheets. Horrible sleep by both myself and partner. Emailed with concerns and did not feel responsibility was held by them and excuses made. Won't be back to stay.
