It’s a decent place.

Liked: I liked the location & the inside decor
Disliked: I didn’t like how the cleaning staff consumed all the coffee by the time I got there to get some. Fresh coffee should have been in rotation and for the guest. I also didn’t like how I got a smoke free room but the room smelled like someone smoked in it previously.

Bad

Disliked: The staff is very rude and unhelpful. I'm never staying there again.

Liked: Location for the price. Very affordable. Neighborhood is middle class & very peaceful. Felt very safe walking around. Hotel is right in the middle of Burbank Town Center & Glendale Galleria ( Best places in LA ).

Disliked: It was perfect for the price, we wanted a bath for our child but the updated modern bathroom was beautiful but no bath, the shower did however have a rain option or hand held nozzle.
