Our 1 night stay was...

Liked: Inside it was really well decorated
Disliked: The hotel dosent have a lift and some parts of the floor were noisy. My partner and I stayed in the Clyde suit and you can see the dust on the headboard. In the bedroom there’s a sofa and it wasn’t cleaned properly as I found an e-cigarette. Down at the leisure facility, in the changing rooms you need a key to lock your belongings in the locker. First time and there was no keys in the women’s changing rooms, I had to put my belongings in my partners locker. Over in the conservatory there are heated sun loungers. It clearly states not to leave your towel/robe but there were people hogging the heated loungers as usual. The pool is all one depth which I didn’t like, as I am 5ft2 and it’s not a heated pool.

Our stay was great staff...

Liked: Breakfast was great our room was beautiful staff are amand so helpful
Disliked: Hot tub was really busy having to wait around , stone beds are not warm enough pool was really cold
