Liked: Quiet location.. Lovely breakfast.
Disliked: Couple of snags in the room.The plug in the sink was not connected properly so the sink did not hold water for shaving etc.The double glazed window was very difficult to close to cut out external noise.

Liked: The staff were excellent, looked after Mum very well. Collected her each morning to take her fir breakfast. Purchased syrup for her as she likes that with her porridge. Great team

Liked: The room was comfy, the staff were great and the food was exceptional .. from start to finish could not fault it
Disliked: Nothing reallyMy only suggestion would be to change the pillows as they are a bit flat and maybe something to help you get in and out of the shower/bath

What a lovely stay.

Liked: I chose the Glazert as it is "off the beaten track" on our trip home from visiting family in England.Greeted by a lovely chap on arrival.... I'm sorry.... I'm rubbish with names!We had our 2 dogs with us and he suggested that he move us from the room we booked which was on 2nd floor to a room that opens onto the car park. Wow! What a lovely move it was too! Very spacious room and bathroom with everything we needed including iron and ironing table, large and substantial furniture and - OMG! - a fabulous jacuzzi bath! I do love a bath

Liked: Dinner and breakfast were excellent. Very friendly staff. Clean throughout and extremely comfortable bed. Good location, excellent for sightseeing.

Badly run hotel

Liked: Restaurant food is nice but service slow and easily neglected, we were put into an “occupied” dirty room by mistake, will never stay again do no recommend
