Liked: Lee and all the other staff are very helpful. Sweet demeanor and they make sure you’re enjoying your stay:)
Disliked: The only thing I’d request are bigger shower curtains. Water was all over the floor but nothing a towel can’t fix lol. Just a suggestion:)

Excellent from start to finish.

Liked: From initial contact they were excellent, and I'm from the UK, we were going to the Coldplay concert in Stanford we needed somewhere to stay just for a night as we have a week in San Francisco, knew we wouldn't get back to SF that night on the Caltrain so I contacted these, kept the check in open for us, eventually we turned up at half 12 in the morning, got the key card and wow, what a room, it was far superior to what we were expecting for the price we paid and the bed was comfy, I mean really comfy. Would definitely recommend.

Liked: Manager was exceptionally helpful compensating for disappointments that I blame on Booking.com. During the Booking.com process I had booked and paid for a non-refundable night before Booking informed me that the Motel had no elevator and that check-in ended at 11:00 pm when the pre booking had indicate a midnight check-in. When I contacted the Motel the manager offered to be sure we got a first floor room (only 1 flight of stairs) and that he would arrange to have someone available to check us in if we arrived later than 11 pm and to help us with getting luggage up the stairs.
Disliked: There was no elevator. There was no in-room coffee, though the manager pointed to a nearby Starbucks. The shower was chipped at one end. There was no Kleenex in the room.
