Liked: Location wasn't far from where I had to go - VA Palo Alto. Staff was very friendly and helpful.
Disliked: Parking was under the hotel. No elevator and lot's of stairs to climb. I wish this was noted in the hotels description. I'm disabled - use a cane and it was difficult for me to get to and from my room.

Liked: I liked the pillows. The AC just didn't get the room cold enough for me. A ceiling fan would be great. You should consider that. I do want to say that I appreciated the manager, Lee. He is / was amazing. He catered to whatever it was. Any issue that may have popped up, he took care of it. The 2nd night I was there, I was walking to my room and the night attendant was told to make sure he met me at the door with a bucket of ice. That was so sweet and I tell everyone about it, too. The next day, there was even a shower caddy that wasn't there before. So kind!!!!
Disliked: The thing that probably got my attention was the shower faucet. It was broken and wouldn't be able to be fixed until Thursday that week. I was given the choice to move rooms and decided, since I was not in the room during the day, that I would just stay there and hope that the 2 lbs faucet head did not fall on my foot. It was ok. I do hope you all fix it. I do hope that you all figure out what is wrong. So staff .. Wonderful, A+++++ I think the bed could be a little lower. If my husband would have been with me, he would not have been able to climb into bed.
