Liked: Everything! From the moment valet open the door the staff was wonderful. The restaurant had the most amazing staff and the food chefs kiss!

I would not go back...

Liked: Very cool glass sculptures.
Disliked: Rude [email protected]. took forever to clean room. I had to ask 3 times for room cleaning. Rotten fruit in bowls by water bottles on floors. A lot of attitude from staff.

Great hotel, great bar, skip...

Liked: The design was really great, a blend of new and old. The room was big! And the bed, shower etc were all great.
Disliked: The restaurant definitely dropped the ball, we received the kids meals and 2 people had starters, the main course was delivered over an hour later and only after i had tracked our server down and complained. No manager came to apologize. At that point, i was definitely expecting some sort of service recovery. We literally had 3 tables in our group, our table was seated first and the other tables were fed a gone before we got our food.
