Liked: Spacious rooms and bathroom, and yummy room service. The guest service as also superb!
Disliked: The elevator got stuck because we didn’t hold the card up long enough. That was scary, but we figured it out.

Liked: I truly can say that this was one of the first hotels I've stayed in that met ALL of my desires.
Disliked: I asked for a shower cap, and they were out of them. Haha - I managed without one.

Loved the Restsurant and Gallery...

Liked: Location , Room and Restaurant were very good.
Disliked: Two of the three elevators were not working for a week.

Disliked: When light is on in bathroom at night it shines on sleepers in the adjacent bed through translucent wall in shower. Perhaps night light?

Disliked: Shower water pressure was extremely low, but it's my understanding from the staff it couldn't be adjusted in a historical building during the remodel.
