glass light is golden
Liked: valet was awesome and the rooms were amazing drinks were overpriced but masterfully done
Disliked: non valet staff mostly the host were rude due to my wife and I not being traditionally looking like the clientele for the hotel

Liked: Great location, great restaurant, comfortable and clean room.
Disliked: Elevator tracks are filthy, and the elevators themselves are tiny.

Liked: Wonderful Downtown location, close to tourist information center, museums, restaurants, historical sights, SCOPE center, valet/concierge (Curtis is the best!), even glass museum in hotel!

Lovely, but Falls Short
Liked: Lovely hotel and great location.
Disliked: The day before check-in, Kelsy Harris - the "Experience Curator" - emailed me to welcome us and noted that we picked a great day to check-in since "bunny punch and champagne" was complimentary at check-in on Saturdays. I was not expecting this, and thanked her and was so excited to surprise my husband with it the next day. Upon check-in, the gentleman noted they did not have the bunny punch, and called Kelsy over. When I referenced her email, she shrugged and was incredibly dismissive, since the punch hadn't been made. The gentleman (I'm afraid I didn't get his name) offered to still give us a glass of champagne, which we accepted. Kelsy questioned whether both my husband and I wanted a glass, which was very odd. Overall, her attitude and demeanor was very disappointing throughout the exchange. I hadn't been expecting the drink at check-in when I made the reservation, and wouldn't have known anything about it except that Kelsy had literally emailed me to tell me about it the day before, and then treated us like a major inconvenience for asking about it. The gentleman was delightful and very gracious. Otherwise, the stay was nice, except that the room was incredibly loud all night. I realize noise can't be completely managed by the hotel, but it was incredibly loud. I had to turn on two noise machines we brought to drown it out. Probably wouldn't stay again.

Great hotel for a stay...
Liked: Breakfast was excellent. There are severalGood options in the area as well, but if you feel like staying in or eating in the restaurant I’d highly recommend. Love location- very walkable to waterfront great restaurants, and theatre area.
Disliked: You have to pay extra to park $19 per day. Not horrible but would have been nice if included by hotel.
