George, Dublin, visiting Oran Mor Glasgow Wed, 21 December 2022
Hotel is up to a decent standard; not too far from city centre with a regular bus route outside. Plenty of shop and restaurants nearby as well and opposite the Botanic Gardens.
Liked: Decent standard of hotel; nice room. Good, firm bed.
Disliked: A section of marble panel on the front steps had come loose and was just lying there on a step. By day 3, it was lying at an angle against the bottom step. Could have represented a fall or trip hazard in what was firstly icy, then rainy weather. Just thought it strange that staff didn't at least remove this loose bit over the days.

I paid £365 for 2...
Liked: Location
Disliked: the sink was broken , the toilet seat was broken, the headboard vinyl was worn away ,bed sheets were worn and ripped, your receptionist should find another job, terrible attitude.I have no doubt she thought we were scamming for a free stay, last thing on my mind., we logged a complaint, as yet no response

Location excellent but the hotel...
Liked: The location of the hotel is excellent, you can park your car nearby which is a bonus. The staff in the hotel were very helpful and pleasant you could see they worked really hard to try to please everyone.
Disliked: The rooms were extremely shabby and rundown our headboard was heavily stained and damaged the arms of the chair were filthy and this was supposed to be a deluxe room which we paid £450 for 2 nights to then find booking.com selling the same rooms for £90 a few weeks before we arrived so we felt totally ripped off.The breakfast was ok very basic The bar was extremely disorganised which was a shame because it was quite a nice space with the open seats at the front however the ladies toilets were out of use and the bar staff were very inexperienced and it showed.
