Disappointing , Stayed 2 nights...

Liked: Location and bar / restaurant .
Disliked: Pool didn’t work ,whirlpool didn’t work , was not made aware of that at booking or checkin ….check in was horrible .. due to the fact they couldn’t get their credit card machine working properly. Was over a 45 min wait to get into a room . … told I would be given like a 20 dollar discount .sad , very disappointing …

Liked: Staff was friendly. Overall quiet night
Disliked: Pool and hottub were down and that was the main reason we booked with this hotel. Water wasn't overly hot in shower. Beds were quite firm. Heater made very loud noise and TV was quite staticy.

You get what you pay...

Liked: The location was good for what we were there for. The food was good and the lounge was decent. Needless to say those are the only two things that saved the hotel experience
Disliked: The pool didn’t work, the bed were very hard and uncomfortable it took the rooms an entire 24hrs to warm up, the hot water never got really hot for showers, the TV was very outdated and it was analog and the WiFi didn’t connect from the interior rooms, the hotel was very dark.

Disliked: The bed was very uncomfortable they need to buy new mattress

Disliked: Booked a room with 2 queen beds 3 months in advance. Got a room with 1 king bed. They were out of double beds.

The place is tired.

Liked: I didn't know there was a breakfast.
