Liked: it was a great location and close to the marina that my shelling tour went out from. had been remodeled and was nice and comfortable.
Disliked: Well, it is an old Motor type inn, but the room had been remodeled very nicely, and was really comfortable and nice.

Liked: The location was close to everywhere that I had to visit, it was easy access to the keys, and the bed was very comfortable.

Cheaper, clean, and friendly.

Liked: This motel was the best available close to Marco Island, also the cheapest! The parking was good.cAs previously noted, it was old and a bit beaten up, but kept exceptionally clean. You could walk on the floor with bare feet and feel safe. The staff forgot my room cleaning, but no problem. I was able to get clean linens from the staff. Everything worked, the AC, dehumidifier, TV, fridge/freezer. The amount of soap/shampoo available was enough to bathe a hairless plastic doll. The sink in my room, # 2, had a water-hammer start if opened wide. The bed was funky- you slid off the mattress if you sat on the edge! The whole experience was funky, I enjoyed it. I was told on booking.com to hurry up and reserve, one room available, but plenty available when I got there, but then fairly full that Saturday night. It did what it was supposed to do at the cheapest price (watch out for the additional taxes inflating its cost.) I was hesitant to give them my drivers license for copying, but gave another picture ID. Gosh knows the info on the DL could be used to cash a check, etc.
Disliked: The bed mattress was weird, soap and shampoo supply was minimal.
