A very lovely MONTANA lodge,...

Liked: The Lodge offers a shuttle to and from the airport. The location is great for Kalispell, Whitefish and West Glacier National Park. The customer service was excellent. The employees were very friendly. The Lodge is decorated and designed for guests to feel Montana, experiencing the elegant cabin/lodge atmosphere.
Disliked: It would have been perfect if the lodge had a full restaurant and bar.

No WiFi was big problem,...

Liked: Breakfast & staff were great
Disliked: No WiFi for most of one week stay!!!Bathroom was small & awkward.Uncomfortable bed, mattress made noise when moved.

Disliked: Fraudulent charge on my card which went unaddressed. Property sent multiple emails and messages via booking.com and made fraudulent charges on my card.
