A hidden gem just a...

Liked: Not only is the location of this property absolutely perfect (especially for the price) just meters from Venice Beach ocean walk patch, the friendly staff, incredibly comfortable beds & tasty breakfast treats make it a truly special spot to visit. It's recently refurbished and the added touches to speak to it's heritage are just gorgeous. It's truly a hidden gem.
Disliked: Rooms are slightly small, however they have maximized every bit of space, making the rooms cosy & comfortable! But with the location, who's spending much time in their room.

Disliked: Some Rooms small. Some adjoining rooms can been noisy from neighbours.

Disappointed that I couldn’t enjoy...

Liked: The staff was great and very accommodating.
Disliked: Parking was ridiculous. There was no onsite parking. It was a waste of time driving around trying to find a spot. Since I couldn’t find parking I didn’t end up staying. I had to go find a different hotel that had parking!

Liked: My daughter and our two dogs came from Flagstaff, AZ for a two night stay and had such a wonderful experience. J and the team were so sweet and loved our dogs. They helped us without even having to ask with our luggage. Breakfast was fresh and great coffee. We stayed in suite 21, which was equipped with everything we needed! Even fresh bread gets delivered to your suite. The decor of the suite and all the live plants around the hotel were stunning and creative! We had a partial ocean view but the entire upstairs allows for full view. We will definitely be coming back and thank you for having us!

Amazing stay! Great location, great...

Liked: The location, the friendliness of the staff, the cleanliness of the rooms and common areas.We stayed here twice (in between stays we went to Hawaii) to celebrate our honeymoon and in our first stay we were given a complimentary room upgrade to one of the suites, which was great and we are really thankful for. The room was fantastic and had everything we need! On our second stay we were given the room type we booked for and, although smaller than the previous one, it was very comfortable and clean, which we really appreciated.Thank you for everything, it was an amazing stay and we hope to come back some day :)
Disliked: Although the breakfast was very delicious (the croissant), there is not much variety for breakfast. It’s not a big deal though, just a little room for improvement. Other than this, everything was perfect!
