Delightfully uncomplicated and absolutely perfect...

Liked: This hotel is an oasis in the middle of the chaos of an industrial estate, busy trunk roads and the chomping of housing development. Beautiful trees, calm atmosphere, chill staff and a taste of pre -homogenisation of the hotel experience.
Disliked: The feeling that it would be sold to developers

It wasn’t a bad experience...

Liked: The staff were very welcoming and it was very good value and central to Exeter.
Disliked: The hotel was very dated and old fashioned. It was clean but a bit shabby in places.

Charming, comfortable and great value!

Liked: Great sized room. Super comfortable bed. Bath and shower worked well and lovely hot water. My room was lovely and quiet. Couldn't fault the place and its charm.
