Staff were very friendly and happy to help. The hotel is in a good situation, close to the station and Hull City Hall.

Disliked: It is now like a refuge people getting put in there at night even drunk ones next morning social workers at the doors I have stayed loads but has real gone downhill now

Disliked: The jacuzzi room was awful no heating no hot water we moved into 3 different rooms all with the same problems! We arrived at 7pm and was cleaning the jacuzzi ourself with washing up liquid that the staff have provided until 12:30am after constant room moving, there excuse was nobody stayed in them rooms for a while? Poor hotel standards for the price that was paid ended up resorting to a plug in electric heater that didn’t work due to no heating.

Disliked: The rooms are dated . And dirty . Iv been bite by bed bugs all over my body . Feel like iv paid for all you can eat buffet for bed bugs as been bite all over my body . The staff are useless and rude Some one been smoking in the room as it smelt of smoke . They need to pay you to stay there . No were on earth worth 60 a night .
