Nice stay in Durham

Liked: Jim and the staff were very friendly and they served a great breakfast. The bus stop almost outside the hotel is handy although we walked to the traffic lights for more frequent service.
Disliked: It’s not the fault of the hotel but traffic noise did affect our sleeping especially when one of the locals wants everyone hear his motorcycle.

Liked: Good room facilities. Shower and toilet facilities good. Excellent breakfast food choice Good customer service
Disliked: TV needed a better signal set up Mattress was lacking firmness

Good

Liked: The breakfast was good, the staff were friendly and professional. Budget friendly, and good value.
Disliked: The only thing I was disappointed with was that the surfaces were clearly not wiped down, there was still some tomato sauce and even corn on the table (pizza?)

A very comfy stay

Liked: The hosts and locals in the pub were super friendly - I wish this was my local boozer. The cooked full English Breakfast was great. Could also have cereal, pastries and juice.

30 minute walk into Durham...

Liked: The staff were very friendly and we felt very welcomed. The locals in the bar were also friendly and the breakfast was very nice.
Disliked: We had to get up early as breakfast was only served between 7 and 8am. The Host explained that it was because they had to prepare for Sunday lunches.
