Disliked: Cozy room - good amenities but tight space especially bathroom. This was deluxe queenSmall parking lot challenging. Not sufficient if hotel fully booked. We parked on street one night (adequate street parking)Temperature control. AC functioned in extreme heat but one floor vent with limited circulation not idealQuiet but our room was just outside the billiard room. We had to go out and request guests to not play after 10 pm. Stated in hotel guide which I assume they hadn’t read. Sign should be postedNo refrigerator in room but they graciously kept ice packs for us in hotel freezerVery small breakfast as accurately described. A few more simple items (whole grain bread and jam or cheese) would have been appreciated

Liked: The property is centrally located and was exceptionally clean. The fresh baked chocolate chip cookies were a nice treat every day too.

Very nice hotel but breakfast...

Liked: Beautiful hotel and very quiet! The decor is very pretty and the room was very spacious and clean. The personnel was very friendly and attentive. The hotel is very close to downtown by foot (10 mins). I really enjoyed the cookies left on the counter for the guests as well as the cold lemon water available anytime.
Disliked: I think the breakfast needs improvement! Everything was baked fresh so no problem but there weren't many options to choose from. Every day I was able to choose from an egg baked, a loaf, and yogurt and oatmeal. For someone who likes to eat a more consistent breakfast, I would recommend toast, cheese, or other pastries. Also, you should add more drinks besides orange juice.
