Liked: Brilliant position, short walk from Elizabeth Line station.Copy bed.Spacious en-suite in the small double room
Disliked: Would not be accessible for the wheelchair user in the family

We were looking for somewhere...

Liked: It was very clean and helpful staff. Dolapo was extremely helpful in co-ordinating our reservations and her lovely smile was a true welcome.
Disliked: Bathroom in 3 Bedded room was basically a cupboard and the shower did not work, water pressure affected volume of flow even on sink taps.

Liked: Brilliant hotel, breakfast, room, location and staff. Have stayed multiple times. My goto hotel when in the area. Better than any local 'chain' hotel.
Disliked: Nothing!

BB than hotel

Liked: Two restaurants next door to the hotel. The Ship and The Harvest and Co Op.
Disliked: More like a large Victorian BB than a hotel and could hear the people next door using the shower. Rooms were spotless and small area for eating. You pay for what you get. Bus and train station 5 minute walk and few shops and restaurants on the road.
