Very good

Little disappointed this time!

Liked: Great location for Hornchurch. Nice staff.
Disliked: I’ve stayed here on several occasions and was offered a free upgrade to a superior room but unfortunately the room was very cold, the radiator did not work. Curtains were coming off the track and the whole room seemed very tired looking and needed an update.
