Perfect autumn retreat

Liked: Great location a few minutes drive from town. Room was spacious and very clean. Bed super comfortable and full size seperate bath in the ensuite. Amazing value for money mid-week.

Relaxing and modern

Liked: This hotel is a definition of perfection. Start with extremely attentive staff, and super fast check-in / out to spacious very modern and clean rooms. The hotel is large but due to its green surroundings, you feel extremely relaxed and private. Even the corridors are like an oasis of calmness, smelling with aromatic oils, deemed lights and gentle music. The indoor pool was clean and heated to perfection. Plenty of car park, easy access to shops. I highly recommend their restaurant. The dinner there was spectacular. My room was large and comfortable. Very comfy oversised beds and clouds not pillows, modern spacious bathroom with all amenities needed.
Disliked: To be honest I couldn't fault anything. I would only suggest a wider range at breakfast (maybe some pancakes?) and a better coffee.

Luxurious rooms in a beautiful...

Liked: Beautiful location, really good beds. Nice large room & bathroom. Plenty of tea,coffee and hot chocolate sachets & 2 UHT milks pks. Felt luxurious.
Disliked: Signage for the property is lacking, I have no idea why it has signs which say:’Oxi’. Did they lose the P? lol… toilet is quite low, great squat workout. Restaurant wasn’t open at all on a Sunday when Day on the Green was on with lots of guests. Bar not open when we got back at 10pm. We both got very hot with the quilts inside the sheets : be great if there was a cotton blanket available.

Good location for a concert

Liked: Great location as we were going to a concert at Centenary Winery.Good size suite ( Sanctuary Suite) with 3 very good sized bedrooms. Good kitchen area but needs a few move items to be provided - plates, sharp knife, scissors, possibly a dishwasher.Great that water bottles were provided.
Disliked: A bit old and tired looking. Felt it needed a really good deep clean. Bedrooms were very warm at night.
