Good experience, worth the money

Liked: The room was spacious, clean, and had all the amenities. Would 100% stay here again.
Disliked: The room was about a 35-minute drive from the village, so keep that in mind if you plan to stay here.

Liked: I did not know they offered breakfast. I really liked the room where we stayed. It felt like a cute little cabin.
Disliked: I liked it all.

Romantic Cabin Feel Getaway

Liked: I got to say I was impressed! All the small details and art décor were top-notch. The jetted bathtub was amazing. Everything was thought of like extra towels, paper plates, plastic utensils paper towels, a coffee station, a decent size fridge, and microwave. The fireplace warmed up the place instantly. Also, a stand-up fan is available. If opposites want different temperatures haha Lots of options to where you can put your clothes or items. Built-in hair dryer. Big enough table to play board games or eat at. Location was perfect, close to Snow Valley resort and a strip of different restaurants, stores, and gas station nearby. Views from all the windows and the balcony were spectacular. Free Wi-Fi and parking. Like the fact they have a pool and jacuzzi, even though we didn't have enough time to try it out. Only one of the many reasons we will come back and try it out.
Disliked: No toothpaste or body wash, they have bar soap, shampoo and conditioner available. Not a smart tv, so no Netflix or apps are available to watch a movie other than on cable or DVD. Hot water throughout wasn't as hot as we would have like it. The bed was not as comfortable as we wanted it. It was a bit tough. I didn't mind it but my partner had trouble sleeping because of it. Maybe we are just used to our bed haha Bed comforter wasn't as soft and cozy, it was like a rough material and cold. Before booking I had to do a lot of research through different websites to get an idea of what the room looks like. The pictures on the website, Booking.com, and Facebook are all completely outdated and none of them match up with the room numbers. So when I booked room #111 after lots of research and called the place to confirm my booking. He tells me I booked room #109. He was so kind and adjusted it to the right room. So definitely something to double-check when booking.

Pleasant stay in ideal location....

Liked: The front desk staff was very helpful. He quickly upgraded our room when he learned their was an issue with the shower in our original room. Location to the Snow Valley ski resort was ideal and the town of Running Springs has everything you would need for a weekend stay.
Disliked: The room (112) could stand to be updated. The shower was difficult to operate and the water pressure was way too high. TV was difficult to operate and access to Wi-Fi was not very clear how to access.
