Booked a 2-bed, 2-bath family...

Liked: Location good.
Disliked: I booked the Family Room – 2 Bedroom, 2 Bathroom and my booking confirmation clearly stated this. But on arrival, the owners restricted us to a single cramped room with one tiny bathroom jammed under the stairs. I had to share a bed with my teenager—completely unacceptable.The beds were very uncomfortable—I woke up with back pain and had to drive a long way that day. The shower cubicle was so tiny I hit my head on the tap trying to pick the soap off the floor. The shower fan blasts cold air like a wind tunnel. Other guests were loud in the common areas until 2am, with no soundproofing whatsoever.This place is no better than a 1-star roadside motel, but charged me the same as a premium Sydney city apartment. I feel completely cheated of my money.
