Liked: Lovely location
Disliked: I didn’t realise the apartment would be two streets away so there was no hotel feel. We had to wait ages for our room so did not enter room until almost 4 which is too late if you only have one night. Don’t recommend if you’re in a rush or have evening bookings. Staff however were lovely and gave us breakfast due to delay.

Liked: Charming hotel, perfect location, so quiet, had a good sleep. I was a bit worried about the lack of AC but it was actually ok even with hot weather.

Liked: Great location to Victoria station for bus, coach, underground & mainline train links
Disliked: No lift !

Liked: Good location and cleanliness.
Disliked: Very steep stairs and absence of lift. Climbing stairs with luggage is very strenuous and hazardous for seniors.
