Great location, rooms compact but...

Liked: Great location to Victoria station for bus, coach, underground & mainline train links
Disliked: No lift !

Liked: Good location and cleanliness.
Disliked: Very steep stairs and absence of lift. Climbing stairs with luggage is very strenuous and hazardous for seniors.

Stylish place with a cozy...

Liked: Lovely property, comfortable room with very nice linens and stylishly cozy decor. We also liked that it was close to Victoria Coach Station, because we had to catch a Cunard chartered coach to Southampton. There are good restaurants in the area, which includes picturesque Elizabeth Street.
Disliked: There’s no elevator — but that’s because it’s a historic, listed property. However: We requested a room on the first (meaning second) floor front, meaning only one flight of stairs, and the staff always helped with getting our bags up and down the stairs. Overall there was nothing really to dislike!

Liked: Our kid was excited to stay in enchanted room wich was Harry Potter-style. Breakfast was really good. Very nice hotel.
Disliked: My phone was showin bad wi-fi signal in our room. Which was very strange.
