Very good

Liked: Location was awesome. Close to hop on hop off bus and Victoria train and coach stations. Walkable to Buckingham Palace. Emil and his team went out of his way to treat my daughter to a lovely birthday card and treat and was absolutely lovely and helpful. Thanks a bunch for the welcoming stay! Also try the eggs royale at the restaurant for breakfast. It's delish!
Disliked: No air conditioning or large windows so it was hot. The fans helped for sleeping.

Liked: It was a nicely presented room and very clean
Disliked: There were a lot of stairs and the room was hot, although the hotel acknowledged this in the hotel details. Unfortunately one of the fans in the room didnt work and only one of the channels on the TV had reception.

Disliked: Bathroom was really small and no wardrobe.

Liked: Good location. Our request for a quiet room was accomodated - lovely quiet room on the top floor.
Disliked: Room was small and very hot. Fans had been provided which was good - but still difficult to cool the room enough.

British Summer Stay at Victoria

Liked: The location is great, very close to Victoria Station. Staff are friends, building is very nice.
Disliked: Stairs are a bit difficult for 2nd and top floor.

Liked: Location was very good. Room was clean, a good size and bed very comfortable. Staff were very friendly. Lovely toiletries and complimentary biscuits.
Disliked: The tea making facilities in the room was inadequate, the water was scaly so couldn't enjoy bedtime or morning brew. Some noise from the hotel woke me in early hours.
