Disliked: Bath mat in shower stall is necessary as floor in it was dangerous slippery! They brought us one up shortly.

Liked: Great location - lots of restaurants and cafes nearby. Walkable distance to Robson and Pacific Center. Secure underground parking and quick walk to bus/Sky train. The hotel itself had everything we need and it was very comfortable. The staff are amazing.
