The hotel was gorgeous. Rooms clean and supplied you with everything for your stay.

Liked: Rooms were great; location was good.
Disliked: Hot tub could be open a little later.

Only one night stay but it was an extremely positive experience. We will definitely stay again.

Liked: The hotel is very beautiful and the room had everything you could want. Arriving to a warm room with lights on was welcoming. They thought of everything... slippers, housecoat, umbrella and personal care items. Very comfortable
Disliked: Coffee maker...I followed the directions (I have one similar at home) but it didn't brew. It leaked a little...that's the only thing.

Great

Liked: Proximity to shows, concerts, performances, and shopping. The hot tub and sauna were great, just hard to find a time when it wasn’t full with other guests. Beds were awesome, robes are nice and staff were kind.
Disliked: During our stay some drilling was taking place so it was a bit loud; not the property’s fault though.
