Cold stay, but great location

Liked: The only redeeming feature of this facility was its location. Being near the MCG was its greatest advantage. At a stretch, I might describe the venue as having old-school charm. There were lots of extra blankets, which were helpful.
Disliked: It was cold, and the heater didn't adequately warm the room, emitting a mechanical odour. I had thought the room included an en-suite, but the private bathroom was down the hall. Maybe I missed that detail in the description. The parking space was quite cramped and small, but fortunately, there was a large space next to the venue where I managed to park.

Great location

Liked: Location was great, we were going to a game at MCG. Short walk .
Disliked: The parking was horrific. Needs space to turn a car around

Amazing value for money in...

Liked: Proximity to the MCG and transport, comfortable spacious room. Breakfast provided.
Disliked: The premises are old and tired and poorly maintained. A thick layer of dust on the commode and stains on the blankets. That said, it is amazing value for money and I will definitely stay there again.
