Liked: Location is excellent. Breakfast good.

Would not stay there again!...

Disliked: Room had not been dusted. Kettle didn't work properly. Hair drier stopped mid use. And There were LIVE SLUGS In the Dirty shower.

Great location and value

Liked: Location on the outskirt of the city, walking distance to cafes, West Richmond train rides and trams
Disliked: Parking bit hard to get in and out of but plenty of street parking if using car most of the time

Liked: location to city, trams and quiet .. Could just leave our car at the venue. Restaurants close by ..
Disliked: would have asked for a downstairs room if we knew there was no lift ...
