Uncomfortable stay

Disliked: Limited breakfast choices Lumpy pillows Needs updating - NB - I note this has been raised before on previous reviews with hotels responses stated they will address this - they clearly haven’t!!

Bad

Disliked: The night clerk was amazing. The morning clerk left for about 45 min. We needed help. There was no toilet paper. We waited at front desk for 40 or so min. Even called front desk and heard phone ring. Others were coming in as well and ringing bell. No answer. She finally came in and said i was on break and runnimg errands we had no toilet paper, even i couldnt go to the bathroom. That was her response as to why she left the building. We had no service and noone to offer coffee as the coffee was out. And no toilet paper. She was rude. Very dissapointing. Again night clerk was amazing and helped get us into the hot tubs. Just couldnt believe she left the front desk for that long with noone to tend to it!!!

Disliked: Hot tub was slightly less than satisfactory (one was cold, both smelled pretty rank)

Liked: It was quiet and close to the highway.
Disliked: The sets of stairs to climb. TV was difficult to utilize. Even the lodge staff couldn't get it to work.. I'm 88 and my wife is 80. We want a simple vacation. Not something that tires us out to do.

Liked: Very good. Fresh air in the morning). Comfortable beds. Not so modern room. Good breakfast. But on weekends the price is more expensive. Good for the price on working days.
