Somewhat disappointed

Liked: The positive part is my son and I did feel safe inside our room and the parking was secure. Staff during the day was kind and helpful.
Disliked: The nighttime staff did not look up from the computer at all. We got back from concert at 1240am. The door was unlocked and no acknowledgement from staff that anyone even walked or opened door. That person never looked up. We said goodThe A/C did not get any cooler than 68. I am in menopause and when I sleep I need it to be cold. These night hot flashes are deadly. When I spoke to staff I was given a fan and they apologized then I was told I could open a window. We opened the window and all I can hear is airplanes over head and vehicles down below. That was not an option. My sons who’s 13 was woke by the people upstairs running water. It was so loud. When you pay more than $300 a night you’d expect at lest a working A/C unit. Night and nothing no movement nothing.

Liked: Loved that it was out of “town” of Seattle but close to tmoblie park where our Lyft was affordable.
Disliked: Only downside was the bed wasn’t too comfy. But that’s my only complaint.

I would stay again

Liked: Friendly staff at check in. Room was clean and bed comfortable. Decent selection for a quick breakfast. Easy walking to nearby restaurants.

Liked: Very comfortable motel. Free coffee and snack. Private parking lot.
Disliked: The location is not for tourism; great to catch a plane early in the morning.
