Superb

Good location, rude staff

Liked: We have chosen this place cause the location, was super nice.The bathroom was clean, bright new.It’s an old school hotel.
Disliked: they didn’t give us an early check in even when the room was ready at 12pm. They where super rude, the hotel is cheap but they make you pay for parking and even to breath. The room for 3 was to small and no sun light, no way of enjoying our stay there. We didn’t have space for our luggages. Hopefully was a one night stand.

Disliked: Parking very cramped and difficult to get into, and beds with wheels meant pillows fell behind bed

Liked: The location is great and the beds are super comfy.
Disliked: The room wasn't cleaned properly. The chair in the room was broken, so this was unsafe. The shower made an awful noise when in use and the shower head would only stay up at the right angle.

Liked: The location was perfect and bed was comfortable.
Disliked: The housekeepers not vacuuming the carpet, replenish toilet issue and milk.

Liked: The location was excellent.
Disliked: Sometimes I could clearly hear my neighbors talking, sneezing, or coughing in their rooms, as well as occasional noise from the corridor—but nothing too loud or disruptive. There was only one instance when someone played loud music in the evening. I considered complaining to the front desk, but fortunately, the music stopped before it really got on my nerves.One other thing I noticed: cleaning is done every other day, excluding holidays. I checked in on a Tuesday, the cleaning staff came on Thursday, and that was it (I’m guessing Saturday counts as a holiday in Australia). I would’ve appreciated a bit more frequent cleaning, but didn’t bother to ask. Just to be clear, this cleaning schedule is mentioned in the information sheet they gave me at check-in.

Disliked: Not much room between the bed and the TV, had to watch your head didn't hit the TV when walking past.
