Fantastic location, would recommend for...

Liked: Location is brilliant, easy to find from Roma St Station, walking distance to everything. Bed was small but comfortable, great pillows. Big telly, fridge, clean and nice bathroom.
Disliked: Room was tiny, fine for a night, we did three nights which was pushing it with two people and two big suitcases.

Liked: Great location close by to the train station, great coffee shops and city hall.Amazing facilities - hair straighteners in the room, lots of tea and coffee, super comfy beds, hot shower, very clean and quiet!Really great value for money

Oh dear....

Liked: The location was good for the exhibition we were there to see, just a quick walk away from it.
Disliked: There was hair on the walls in the bathroom, the room was absolutely tiny, the first coffee mug I picked up to use had a ring of old coffee or something around the bottom, the hair-dryer was sticky to the touch, and we arrived to the emergency system going off. The female rep seems resigned to the fact that it was happening, which indicated this wasn't an isolated issue. There was a young man behind the desk who was using one of the computers at reception. When I asked him if it was a common occurrence to have the emergency system going off, I was brusquely told it was his break time. The TV was meant to be a smart TV however the remote was completely different to the laminated picture in the room of the remote (photo included) so instead of relaxing watching Netflix for a bit before dinner we tried to watch things on our phones. Sadly, this wasn't the best experience and so we will likely not return.

Liked: Friendly staff and helpful.
Disliked: The car park entrance was terrible and scratched the side of my car getting in.way to tight for a medium size vehicle.

Good value and would stay...

Liked: Clean and comfortable - shower was good and great location especially as we were travelling home by train.

Disliked: Staying for 4 nights the room was way too small… Room 702. The picture showed beds side by side. Very deceiving
